    Description

    Senior Client Solutions Specialist

    The Senior Client Solutions Specialist serves as a strategic technical advisor and subject matter expert across ExtensisHR's core HR technology platforms including HRIS Learning Management Systems Performance Management and Applicant Tracking Systems.

    With a hybrid focus on enterprise-level customer service and deep platform knowledge the Senior Specialist acts as a cross-functional liaison between clients and internal departments including Sales Implementation HR Technology This individual is expected to take ownership of complex client scenarios lead process improvements and support the evolution of ExtensisHR's tech-enabled service model.

    • Serve as the lead implementation and support expert for HRIS ancillary platforms including Learning Management Performance Management Applicant Tracking and E-Verify systems for mid-to-large-scale clients
    • Deliver consultative guidance on system capabilities configurations and best practices tailored to each client's HR strategy goals
    • Champion the client experience through clear communication timely follow-up issue resolution while exceeding service expectations Facilitate advanced platform training sessions for clients internal teams develop job aids training content as needed Lead client discovery intake processes complex PTO policy configurations within ExtensisHR platform Proactively identify opportunities product or service optimization escalate enhancement needs internal product teams
      Sales HR Implementation IT_to ensure cohesive rollout seamless ongoing support technology solutions Serve technical escalation point Level 1 Level 2 issues Maintain clear documentation knowledge sharing using CRM ticketing systems Mentor provide informal coaching Specialists peers as needed
