Job DescriptionParagon Dermatology is looking for a Physician Assistant for a dual physician dermatology practice in Sequim Washington. Someone that can contribute to the Dermatologist's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives. A good candidate will posses critical thinking, excellent communication and active listening skills. We are looking for someone that wants to make the Pacific Northwest their home, and become an important part of our practice and community.
Sequim is a wonderful place to raise a family. We offer school districts that want to see each child succeed, and offer sports for children K-12. We have parks that are beautiful, trails to run, mountains to hike, ocean and rivers to swim in/boat and kayak. If you like lavender you will defiantly enjoy it here Sequim is the lavender capital of North America, we have lavender items that you have never even imagined.
This position will offer the right Physician Assistant the following:
Full time opportunity, work 4-5 days a week.
See patients for general dermatology (cosmetics optional)
Base salary 4-6 months, then % of collections.
Benefits for medical, MCE, Licensure/DEA and profit sharing.
Paid vacation and sick leave.
Experience with 2 years of dermatology preferred.
Our practice is relatively small which gives our patients the benefit of getting personalized and quality service that is beyond compare. We specialize in skin cancer and MOHS surgeries. We have recently hired a Master Aesthetician and are expanding to the cosmetic side of dermatology. We focus on the whole patient and are looking for some that feels the same way about patient care.
