We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Supply Chain Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Will lead Material Resource Planning (MRP) and warehousing, collaborate with procurement, and be responsible for leading the supply portion of the S&OP process for two sites.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting and New Product development to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, shipping, receiving, warehouse management and inventory control for two sites
• Report key Customer Satisfaction metrics to measure and drive improvement at both Sites.
• 5 salaried direct reports (2 Shipping Managers, 2 Production Planners, 1 Site Coordinator)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience in a chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing operation.
• Experience with SAP
• Experience in a supply chain manager role or similar.
