Caltropy , a rapidly emerging startup, is seeking an experienced co-founder / CTO to lead our engineering team and transform our technological vision into reality.
As a key member of the executive team, you'll be instrumental in scaling our platform from 0 to 1, setting the technical strategy, and ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
Your responsibilities will include building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, overseeing platform development for scalability and security, and fostering a culture of innovation specially in adapting to AI-based product features.
With a minimum of 7 years in software engineering and at least 3 years in a startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to drive significant impact at a fast-paced startup.
