    Job Description

    We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service support to our clients' customers from our office in Unity, Maine.

    An Inbound Customer Care Professional is responsible for handling inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and email inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing strong phone, internet, and computer skills. Training will be provided.

    This is a seasonal customer service project that will last approximately 90+ days. Team members who excel may be considered for permanent team positions ongoing.

    Requirements

    • Fluent English language proficiency
    • Able to type at least 40 words per minute
    • Ability to travel to our call center located in Unity, ME
