    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Assistant Manager will perform the daily activities of running a luxury boutique as per Patek Philippe standards. They will bring positive recognition to the Patek Philippe brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude, professionalism, and in-depth brand knowledge.

    • Provide exceptional client service and build relationships to drive sales and build loyalty.
    • Focus on relationship building through clienteling, sourcing new clients and building long-term relationships with existing clients.
    • Work alongside leadership to set a cadence for follow-up requests both in-store and online.
    • Continuously test and measure the client experience.
    • Develop product knowledge skills and cascade and train information to the team.
    • Lead daily briefs.
    • Utilize storytelling and technical detail to present products to clients.
    • Organize and display timepieces in the showroom, ensuring a visibly appealing and accessible presentation for clients.
    • Facilitate sales transactions with professionalism and integrity. Ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
    • Ability to use CRM and other hardware and software as required.
    • Manage daily operations tasks including but not limited to inventory management, repair management and strap and parts management.
    • Comply with and exemplify Company guidelines, policies, and procedures as outlined in company publications.
    • Support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with team members.
    • Evaluate team member performance and provide consistent coaching where service and selling are top priorities.
    • If necessary, turn clients over to another team member to ensure the client receives the best possible service.
    • Adhere to and enforce dress code standards.
    • Business-related travel as required.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4 years of experience in luxury retail, luxury hospitality or a related field.
    • 2 years of experience with timepieces.
    • In-depth knowledge of Patek Phillipe models, movements, and materials.
    • Commitment to uphold all partner brand expectations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. With a customer-centric mindset.
    • Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping systems.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
    • Strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
    • Highly organized with the ability to follow up in a timely manner.
    • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate showroom hours.

    EDUCATIION and CERTIFICATION

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Certification from recognized horological institution such as Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the Horological Institute of America (HIA) is a plus.

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
    • Required to stand for long periods of time.
    • May be required to lift packages/boxes up to 25 pounds.
