Senior Reliability Engineer - Nashville, United States - The Adecco Group

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Reliability Engineering Lead in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Overseeing all reliability-related activities to ensure product quality and performance
Managing and planning projects, specifying scope, goals, budgets, resources, and timelines.
Developing test plans and leading field testing activities.
Reviewing test outcomes, interpreting results and communicating findings to engineering teams.
Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures.
Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
Completing additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
6+ years of experience in reliability, product development/design, testing, or similar engineering fields.
4+ years of experience leading people and projects.
Product/reliability testing experience is required (coordinating, developing, conducting, etc...)
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Our client offers:
Annual base salary in the $115,000-125,000 range
Annual bonuses
