Job Description: Part Time Sales Associate

Location: 160 North Gulph Rd in King of Prussia, PA

Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate position involve maintaining outstanding customer service, upholding our mission and core values, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS), loss prevention, and supporting the store management team. Sales Associates are responsible for implementing our customer-first philosophy and delivering exceptional customer shopping experiences.

Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager

Major Responsibilities:

Maintain a customer-friendly environment by providing outstanding customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, possessing solid product knowledge, and ensuring all other components of customer service.
Stay informed about all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Process and replenish merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensure procedures are followed promptly.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management.
Communicate customer requests to management.

Minimum Requirements:

Familiarity with retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel is an asset.
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Solid teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift, move, and handle up to 60 pounds frequently to stock merchandise.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb.
