    Salary: $90,000 - $138,000/Annual DOE

    The IT Manager's goal is to make the utilization of technology for internal customer simple, easy and effective, while adhering to the best of security and privacy practices and providing a modern tool set to our staff.

    Constant Alignment: The goal is to create, maintain and update/change a cohesive and synergistic set of systems, tools and procedures to allow people to do their jobs effectively while always considering cost and scalability.

    Memorable Service: The tools and process should be seamless as to allow our entire staff to think creatively with the "concerns" and "road blocks" of technology and tools. In addition, the IT team should connect and solve problems of the internal staff in such a way to create an excellent customer service experience.

As the lead in the area of wires and wireless devices throughout the organization locally and globally, the goal is to create a well-designed system that allows people to exploit (in a positive way) the potential of the technology to maximize its use and impact on the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee computers and devices are always running and updated with a well-planned roadmap towards future technology.
    • Maintain the internal network, both connected and wireless.
    • Ensure remote workers have a secure and simple experience to conduct remote work.
    • Oversee facility related technology including access control, cameras, AV equipment and more
    • Lead a team of engineers and desktop support to delegate tasks and responsibilities accordingly.
    • Motivate and encourage your team to improve and develop their technical and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional detail and ownership in the areas of: Firmware updates and patching especially for security best practices.
    • Consult with senior staff across all departments to identify technology needs and optimize use of IT
    • Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
    • Maintain formal change control process to document and monitor all changes within the technological infrastructure
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience required in Information Technology
    • Working experience managing IT infrastructures, and general understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
    • Extensive experience working with virtualization technologies (VMware preferred) in a highly available, fault tolerant network
    • Extensive experience working with SAN technologies including the device configuration + complex network configurations
    • Extensive experience working with backup technologies, overseeing BCDR strategies that include cloud replication, planned restores and testing
    • Extensive experience working with Intune - utilizing Autopilot and application deployment
    • Experience managing a patch management schedule to ensure devices, virtual infrastructure and servers are always up to date and secure
    • Experience managing and planning complex corporate networks including DMZ's and other advanced firewall configurations
    • Experience setting up systems with best practices in mind with security at the forefront
    • Experience managing vendors & vendor relationships
    • Experience leading a team of systems and network engineers
    • Passion for service delivery, high availability, and operational excellence

    Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
