    Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Operations Support Administrator for a nonprofit organization in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will support the manager with creating and editing documents and written communications, performing clerical functions, and handling multiple priorities to support day to day operations. Responsibilities:Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily.Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute supplies as needed.Maintain and update shared calendars for holidays and birthdays.Collect, proofread, and assemble various documents, reports, and documentation.Prepare welcome packets for new employees.Keep conference rooms, kitchen, and copier room clean and organized.Provides general administrative support for various tasks and other projects as assignedRequirements:Minimum three to five years of administrative assistant experience.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
