2 Positions AvailableArchitectural Staff level 1 or 2 and Job CaptainJob DescriptionsAssist Principal and Design Director in the preparations of Construction Drawings and Design PackagesCollaborate with other team members to develop solutions for clients requirementsConduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standardsAssist in the coordination of Projects consultantsAttend project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and action itemsQUALIFICATIONS Degree in Architecture or equivalent with 0-8 years of office experienceRevit knowledge is a requirement.
Strong communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materialsAbility to work well in a team and take direction from senior architects and project managers

Job Captain Salary:
$70, $95,000.00 per year
