Job DescriptionDescription:

Personalized Therapy LLC is a multi-disciplinary Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health Center encompassing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Applied Behavioral Analysis and Psychological services. Our clinics are located in St. Mary's and Charles Counties.

We are currently looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our team. The preferred applicant will have the ability to work with patients of all ages and have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of occupational therapy. This position requires the ability to assess, plan and implement individualized treatment plans.

We are offering $2,500 towards relocating to Southern Maryland or the surrounding area, paid time off, paid licensure renewal, Med Bridge membership, 5 paid holidays, 401k matching, health/dental/vision insurance, short term disability, life insurance, assistance with continuing education and student loan reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans individualized to patient

Provide therapy to patients to improve their daily living skills, adapt to their environment and participate in meaningful activities

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care

Keep accurate and detailed records of patient progress

Educate patients and their families on strategies to support recovery and independence

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy

State licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other related disorders is preferred

Feeding experience preferred

Experience workings with adults and pediatrics preferred
