    Job purpose:


    The Marketing Coordinator is to assist the Marketing Manager in the coordination and execution of daily and long-term marketing activities; to promote and implement the companys core values and excellence in customer service; responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

    The marketing coordinator must display a mature sense of responsibility and professionalism as they carry out their daily activities, demonstrate leadership in working with other members of the team, and acts as an ambassador of the department.


    Duties and responsibilities :
    Web-based MarketingThis position has a special emphasis on web-based marketing planning and execution.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Collect and analyze results of marketing promotions; contribute new initiatives and make suggestions for areas of improvement both specifically related to websites, and otherwisePlans web-based marketing initiatives, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns resulting in increased click through rates and ultimately conversionsMaintains the companys branded websites including, but not limited to monitoring statistics, updating product and customer files, updating images, monitoring inventory, refreshing landing pages, building specialized landing pages, coordinating with the helpdesk as needed, improving SEO, publishing online catalogs, and verifying data accuracy .Develops and distributes tutorials on proper use if the company websites and tools for both internally and externally as needed.

    Develops and executes year-long strategic growth plans for the companys branded web sites to include web page and email campaigns.

    Provides monthly reports on website performance.
    Help track and develop advertisements and budget parameters for digital marketing initiatives.
    Maintains website calendar for each brand.
    Maintains product, inventory, and customer files for upload. Version control and accuracy are imperative to this task.

    Work to ensure consistent messaging between company websites, social media, blogs, and other collateral .Troubleshoot website issues identified internally and externally.

    Marketing & CommunicationsParticipate in strategy discussions around branding, and campaigns.
    Help prepare company update letters and/or emails to clients (internal and external), and vendors as needed.
    Help prepare and distribute press releases as needed.

    Craft clear product marketing copyImplements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendarsKeeps promotional and sales materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receiptCollect and analyze results of marketing promotions; contribute new initiatives and make suggestions for areas of improvement both specifically related to shows, and otherwiseDevelop and maintain an editorial calendar and compose and submit editorials for Transpac and Totalee Gift to maintain relationships with the trade press contacts.

    Manage and maintain advertising calendars, and work with the creative team to create and submit ads on scheduleSocial Media Specific Communications:

    Transpac BrandsDevelops, maintains, and execute a yearly social media calendarProvides weekly posts for review at least two weeks in advance to include images, copy, and platformsEnsures posts are scheduled in a timely manner on all platformsEnsures posts coincide with ongoing marketing campaigns and communications and are brand consistentProvides list of images/graphics needed for social media campaigns in a timely manner, especially if new photography is required .Event Planning and ExecutionThis position has a special emphasis on event planning and execution.


    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; coordinating mailing lists; coordinates and ensures receipt of sales materials; setting up displays; attending shows as needed; making sure events are executed successfully .Collect and analyze results of marketing promotions; contribute new initiatives and make suggestions for areas of improvement both specifically related to shows, and otherwiseKeep showroom print and digital directories up-to-date.

    Help track and develop advertisements and budget parameters for trade publications and Market Centers .Create relationships with industry publication editors and marketing departments.

    Submits images for editorial consideration to various media outlets.
    Help in coordinating photography of showroom and showroom displays.
    Maintain trade show calendar .Research & AnalysisPrepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
    Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
    Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management each quarter.
    Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

    Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.

    Brand CatalogsCollects quotes from potential print partners for semi-annual brand catalogs.

    Works with internal stakeholders on selection of partner(s).Manages the catalog relationship with our selected print partnersManages creation, team review of customer and representative mailing list.

    Coordinates delivery to print partner.

    Part of a team that reviews catalog templates for accuracies prior to submission to print partner(s).Tracks timely delivery of catalogs to showrooms for show, customers and representative partners .Brand PhotoshootsPrepares social, web and email marketing shot lists to secure during brand phot shootsAssists creative and product development teams during said photo shootsCollects social live footage and images of photoshoot behind the scenes.

    OtherSupports maintaining a safe working environment and focuses on safe work habits.
