    As a Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Moore's products in the market and working to develop products with business leaders around the company.

    You will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch plans for our portfolio of products.

    You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Director of Brand Marketing, and other marketing, sales, communications, and business leaders to ensure the project strategy aligns with Moore's marketing objectives and target markets.

    You will also be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

    Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesCreative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights and generate innovative and effective marketing solutionsAbility to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignmentsSelf-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individualsCritical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficienciesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and WordRequired Education and Experience Bachelor's degree.

    Education in marketing, design, communication, or related field a plusAt least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B setting with data products and/or in the consumer data space.

    Essential Functions Develop, implement, and communicate the product marketing vision, goals, and roadmapDevelop and implement product positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and value propositions that resonate with nonprofit decision makers and differentiate us from competitorsPlan and execute product launches and campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, events, digital ads, video ads, and public relationsCollaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create and deliver product marketing collateral, such as website copy, brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, and videos.
