- Prepares and processes various records and reports such as purchases orders, invoices, payment applications, certified payroll, labor interviews, work orders, draw requests, etc.
- Provides clerical support to Project Coordinator and Project Manager related to labor compliance, procurement, development, and grant management.
- Conduct labor compliance interviews and review contractor pay requests and certified payroll documents for accuracy.
- Performs receptionist duties by answering the telephone, managing shared email inboxes, addressing enquiries, referring calls to Housing Authority staff, and providing general information regarding Housing Authority policies and procedures as required.

The Reno Housing Authority is seeking a detailed, professional, and positive candidate to join our Development Department as a Development Clerk.
