About the Role:
As an RN with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care settings. You will work collaboratively with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to devise personalized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the right treatments and medications. Your duties will also include explaining care options to residents and their families, consulting with doctors, setting up medical equipment, monitoring its use, and documenting interventions and medical histories. Additionally, you will lead training and supervision of nursing staff, making you an integral part of our team.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in nursing, including a completion of an approved nursing program and at least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings. You must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and share our commitment to quality and excellence.
