    Base Salary:
    $665,000 (guaranteed 2–3 years)

    RVU Bonus:
    $93.36 per RVU after 7,000

    Sign-On Bonus:
    $75,000

    Relocation:
    $10,000

    Training Stipend:
    $1,000/month

    PTO:
    4 weeks + CME week ($4,500 + $1,000)
