    VCA Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join the team at our 24-hour emergency hospital.

    Who We are Looking For

    Our ideal candidate is personable yet professional, who can build client's trust in the care we provide by demonstrating the following:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Superior customer service abilities

    Proficiency in use of computers and multi-line phone system

    Ability to complete financial transactions accurately and honestly

    Reliable and dependable attendance

    Sound decision making skills

    Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

    Previous customer service experience is required. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is highly preferred

    Why We Need You


    The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the face of the hospital, and serves as the initial point of contact for all patients, pet owners, visitors and referring veterinarians.


    The primary responsibilities of the CSR include:
    Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

    Placing outbound calls to clients and referring veterinarians.

    Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments.

    Answering client questions regarding products and services.

    Managing medical records, reports and correspondence.

    Hospital maintenance to ensure that facility is neat and clean at all times.

    Schedule

    Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week

    Day shift, 6:00am to 4:00pm

    Rotating weekends and holidays required
