How You'll Make a Difference

Our People Operations Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the team member experience by supporting critical people operations and total rewards processes (such as onboarding, compensation cycles, benchmarking survey submissions, compliance, etc.). This role will be integral in analyzing people data that will help develop strategies to drive engagement and operational effectiveness.

The "Fine Print" - What You'll Do

Assist with team member life cycle processes from onboarding to exit and ensure team members are equipped with applicable information and resources.
Support benefits administration and management, including day-to-day team member questions, compliance and open enrollment.
Help drive total rewards processes including market benchmarking, benefit competitive analyses, compensation cycles and compliance testing.
Day to day management of our HRIS, ensuring consistent data quality and capturing all changes as needed
Identify and analyze trends and patterns within people data to support decisions.
Develop opportunities to streamline and automate people processes.
Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by the People Team and other internal stakeholders.
Assist with Talent Development planning and execution of learning programs.

Skills and Experience We Look For

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in HR, data analytics, total rewards, or a related field.
Knowledge of total rewards programs and employee lifecycle.
Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Workday.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to assess risk and prioritize effectively, with the ability to work with aggressive timeframes and adhere to project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Our people are our greatest asset, and supporting their well-being is an essential part of delivering on our mission and impacting the lives of patients. Putting this belief into practice means offering strong compensation and benefits.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience and location. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.

Our market-leading benefits package includes: 100% coverage for medical, dental and vision for team members and dependents, unlimited vacation, a 3-day weekend every month, fully-paid parental leave for up to 6 months, tuition reimbursement, 401k employer contribution and more.
