    Description

    The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of management excellence in Healthcare Technology and a deep understanding of various service aspects encountered on a daily basis. This individual will collaborate with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction for clinical engineering services, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and organizational objectives.

    HTM Professional Requirements:

    • 5+ years' experience overseeing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
    • Solution-driven mindset, strong critical thinking, and effective conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to deliver exceptional service and foster strong partnerships with customers, team members, and suppliers.
    • Demonstrated business acumen, adaptability, and sound decision-making in budget management.
    • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and nurturing talent within the organization.
    • Executive & C-Suite background.

    Position Summary:

    Responsible for overall management and supervision of the designated account, holding full accountability for operational and financial performance while aligning with the client's mission, vision, values, and goals.

    Key Duties

    • Supervision of clinical staff for program management and regulatory adherence
    • Project Management/Capital Planning
    • Client relationships
    • Procurement / Subcontracts
    • Financial matters
    • Recruitment, training, personnel
    • Boosting Organic sales

    Basic Qualifications & Requirements

    • Essential Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent background.
    • Essential Management Experience - 5 years.
    • Essential Functional Experience - 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical equipment.

    CRUCIAL

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent background.
    • 5+ years' experience overseeing Biomedical Services in a Large healthcare system.
    • Expertise in regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
    • Executive & C-Suite background.
    • 5 years of management experience.
    • 5 years of functional experience.
