Job summary
We are searching for a dedicated and drivenMaintenance Coordinator for Real Property Management-Richmond Metro. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the business' maintenance division. This position will be responsible for timely and complete work to the standards of the Real Property Management organization.
- Manage maintenance process
- Assign work orders, schedule all maintenance actions
- Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.
- Follow up on work orders, completed work, owner approvals, etc.
