- Utilize a variety of automation software to facilitate various activities to support administrative and senior staff.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, maintaining calendars, and prepare meeting agenda such as unfinished business from previous meetings, current issues and notification of members.
- Coordinate, prepare and track personnel related actions for civilian employees to include annual performance appraisals, work/leave schedules, incentive awards, and training.
- Recognize potential discrepancies in timekeeping and take appropriate action(s) to correct.
- Prepare purchase documents for a variety of goods, supplies, and services.
- Process travel documents and make travel arrangements for staff.
- Receive visitors and callers to the organization involving inquiries concerning a variety of substantive administrative and/or technical issues.
