**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team in a community in the Manteca, CA area. This is a Full-Time opportunity | Hourly | Eligible for Health Benefits and more.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred

1+ years of housekeeping experience preferred

Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and innovative thinking

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to establish priorities, and work independently effectively

Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills

**Duties and responsibilities**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Housekeeping

Respond timely and professionally to all requests.

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the models, amenities and vacant units daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.

Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter.

Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Community Manager.

Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the Community Manager when a re-order is necessary.

Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.

Records and Safety Management

Complete documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.

Adhere to ConAms safety program rules, attend safety meetings and perform all duties in a safe manner.

Remain compliant with ConAm safety training, including OSHA.

Participate in ConAms education programs.

Identify unsafe working conditions or health and safety issues at the community.

Timely report community damage, property loss, leaks, mold, injury and/or criminal activity or incidents at the community.

Customer Service

Build rapport with residents by making positive and professional connections with residents.

Demonstrate customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect.

All other duties as assigned.
