    As
    a Senior Product Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible
    for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the
    success of our Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Mobility portfolio. In
    this role you will be part of a dynamic and exciting regional team and will
    collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Offering Management and Sales to
    understand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop compelling
    messaging and positioning for our products. Your strategic thinking and
    creativity will be essential in creating and implementing marketing campaigns
    that effectively promote our PSS solutions and drive customer engagement and
    adoption.

    Reporting directly to our Marketing Director, you'll work out of our Charlotte,
    NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

    You will have a significant impact on the success of our US&C PSS business.
    Your ability to understand customer needs and market trends will help shape our
    product roadmap and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in marketing strategy
    and campaign execution will contribute to the overall success of our PSS
    portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the
      US&C region, e.g., developing regional launch plan; training for both
      internal and external stakeholders; assisting with pipeline build; promotions; managing
      End of Life (EOL)
    • Collaborate with
      cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends
    • Conduct market research and
      competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
    • Develop compelling messaging and
      positioning for our PSS solutions (new and sustaining)
    • Create and implement marketing
      campaigns to drive customer engagement and adoption

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Proven experience
      of at least 8 years in product marketing or related roles
    • Strong analytical and strategic
      thinking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
      and presentation skills
    • Be process driven and highly organized
    • Driven and accountable to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
      and dynamic environment
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at
      a single time and manage priorities
