- Operate plastic extrusion molding machines to produce plastic parts based on established production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and control the operation of the press, observing gauges, indicators and machine functions to ensure proper functioning and identify any abnormalities.
- Perform regular quality checks and inspections to verify the product's dimensions, appearance, and overall quality, adhering to defined specifications and quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and any adjustments made during shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment and following proper handling and disposal procedures for plastic materials and waste.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards to meet customer requirements and maintain consistent product quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control panel operation.
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to always adhere to them.
- Manufacturing background preferred.

- First Shift: 7 AM-3:00 PM M-F
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM-11 PM M-F
- Third Shift: 11 PM-7 AM M-F
- Pay Rate is $16 per hour
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
