    Description


    The Store Operations & Logistics Manager is responsible for supply chain administration, including indirect procurement, owned inventory, fulfillment and carrier services.

    They will maintain existing relationships with manufacturers, carriers and vendors, effectively managing costs and analyzing new opportunities.

    Partner with the Director of Store Operations & Logistics to develop budgets and allocate financial resources to achieve business goals; manage information flow to accounts payable/receivable.

    Provide accurate, professional, and timely customer service/support to internal business partners and all vendors.

    This individual is responsible for maintaining operational standards and excellence across all retail store locations.

    Should work with the Store Operations team in the analysis of internal audits and other internal metrics, recommending impactful change.

    provide direct support to Retail in close partnership with the entire operations and logistics team.

    Manage key elements of the company's store operations processes, including, but not limited to the review, update, and dissemination of all operational policy and procedures.


    This person is a key leader in the company's digital transformation, which includes enterprise resource planning system migration. As such, this person will take an overall business operations viewpoint so that change management is seamless and effective.


    Essential Job Responsibilities

    Store Operations


    • Contribute to store operations excellence via the three pillars of the company's store operations: Support, Training and Auditing.
    • Collaborate with the Store Operations team in order to effectively manage store systems, processes, policies.
    • Work closely with the Operations & Service Training Managers, Internal departments to develop, update, implement and disseminate retail policies and procedures including and not limited to developing operational e-learning materials.
    • Promptly identify, propose solutions and communicate with the Director of Store Operations and Logistics to resolve issues that can adversely impact the client experience. At the same time, frequent independent judgments are essential.

    Logistics


    • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
    • Assist the Director of Store Operations & Logistics with the company's BnShape digital transformation project, with a focused effort within the Change Management work stream.
    • Conduct post-project reviews and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of the company's indirect procurement process, assisting with the management and maintenance of vendor relationships.
    • Work with clients, business teams and technical teams to define business needs or create new business opportunities and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives. Translate business and technical requirements into Business Analysis deliverable documents.
    • Support and plan all operational and logistical elements of in-store and off-site events, including, but not limited to carrier coordination, hardware setup and shipping directives.
    • Ensure there is effective partnership with custom brokers so that all international shipping is seamless.

    • Ability to maintain detailed schedule and executables for all upcoming and outstanding objectives.
    • Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
    • Serve as ERP system migration change management SME, in close partnership with the HR team.
    • Foster collaboration that promotes mutual trust and respect for the team.
    • Establish a culture that promotes high-level commitment, morale, motivation, and productivity.

    Qualifications


    • 3+ years of Retail Operations & Logistics multi-unit experience
    • Change management experience preferred.
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
    • Proven success in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Excellent numerical aptitude and detail oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A bachelor's degree is preferred




    SALARY RANGE:
    $90, ,000.00 per year commensurate upon experience.
