    Qualifications
    Project Manager

    As our Content Project Manager, you'll be responsible for project managing content execution across NM channels in content sprints.

    You'll collaborate with design teams, content, channel leads and production to drive project schedules, communications and execution of multichannel deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities


    Intake and process all deliverables within content sprints for the Brand Creative team and ensure that all are scheduled and executed effectively.

    Facilitate sprint kickoff and serve as point of contact for tracking project status and priorities, roadblocks, and dependencies. Make sure interdependencies are understood and planned for.
    Negotiate timelines, track progress, and report out updates to ensure stakeholders are aligned.
    Collaborate across campaign and vendor teams to plan for any dependencies or roadblocks in execution. Develop contingency plans for at risk deliverables.
    Maintain project plans, schedules and input/update project activity dates in Wrike.
    Manage content flighting changes and pivots due to business priorities and product availability. Communicate changes, update Wrike as needed.
    Traffic deliverables through internal, director, and CBO review. Expedite where possible to get projects closed out on time.
    Lead Sprint Stand Up meetings (new?). Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes. Regularly communicate updates through status meetings, reports, or other channels.
    Project manage multiple workstreams at once and keep project plans up to date.
    Drive operational excellence enforcing project management best practices and serve as a model. Work towards finding solutions that maintain project momentum and morale.
    Manage external agency partners and deliverables.
    Partner with Shoot Production and Art Direction to coordinate social first shoots as needed
