- 8+ years of experience.
- The technical Lead or Project Lead, will take ownership of the overall technical direction and successful delivery of the project.
- Will collaborate closely with the stakeholders, including business analysist and product managers to understand project requirement and translate them into technical solution.
- Will involve leading team of developers, providing guidance, setting technical standards and ensuring the consistent application best practices across the stack.
- Will oversee the design and architecture of the service, making critical decision to balance performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Manage timeline, allocate resources, track progress and communicate updates to relevant stake holders.
- Experience with Java, microservices, Spring boot, Oracle, Angular, DevOps practices will enable you to guide the team to successful project completions while maintaining code quality and aligning with the business objectives.
