Position Scope

SES is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail-oriented, able to adjust in a fast-paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills.

This position will be onsite and based in our Woburn, MA location.

Responsibilities

Help develop the Li-metal battery quality system at our Boston site.

Work closely with process development and R&D teams to design a robust manufacturing QC process.

Root-cause and solve quality issues in the overall manufacturing process, ranging from incoming material to the final product.

Be able to work in a team environment and communicate across various teams to solve quality issues and create long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering or engineering-related field.

1-2 years of experience.

Knowledge of common battery quality systems; including battery testing, material screening, and quality control.

Hands-on battery quality/testing experience.

Analyzing data and drawing conclusions from data

(Prefer:

Test data analysis)

Knowledge of quality standards is a plus.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Strong organizational and communication skills with a good attention to detail.

Capable of working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
