With over 900 locations primarily in the South, we are expanding rapidly Join us at 1788 Chicken, an independent franchisee with 50 Zaxby's locations and counting, and enjoy a supportive work environment that values your contributions.
Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Manage resources effectively
- Ensure top-notch customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Manage budgets and maintain financial records
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Maximize profitability and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and materials
- Provide opportunities for staff advancement
