    Title:Senior Advanced Business Systems Specialist100% RemoteRequired: US Citizenship & ResidencyW2 hourly Contract/ No C2C / No Outside AgenciesPay Range: $50 - $62.00 an hour on a W2 limited-benefitsGeologics looking for aSenior Advanced Business Systems Specialistto use your technical expertise in Dynamics 365 to consult and collaborate with business leaders, IT staff, and other third parties to develop, deliver, and optimize business capabilities. Active Secret Clearance is highly preferredRequirements
    • U.S. citizenship is required
    • Clearance: Secret preferred or obtainable within reasonable time based on requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
    • 5+ years' experience supporting Dynamics 365
    • Experience supporting Dynamics CRM solutions (Sales and Customer Service Hub).
    • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows) preferred.
    • Javascript programming knowledge desired.
    • Prior work experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capturing, analyzing, and translating business requirements, specifications, processes, and business cases strongly desired
    • Broad expertise or unique knowledge of systems and/or business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools

    Responsibilities:
    • Use your technical expertise in Dynamics 365 to consult and collaborate with business leaders, IT staff, and other third parties to develop, deliver, and optimize business capabilities.
    • You'll often act as an integrated team lead and facilitate small projects or initiatives.
    • Investigate and evaluate how to improve and enhance the processes of our product sales, and develop recommendations for our Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
    • The Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst (Business Systems Specialist) will support and/or facilitate the development and delivery of solutions leveraging knowledge of: business end-users, stakeholders, goals, requirements, current and desired future states.
