    This role is on a hybrid schedule with the expectation for the employee to be onsite at our San Jose, CA facility on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

    The Lead Analyst, Sales Operations is responsible for providing strategic support to the Vocera Sales Operations teams.

    This person will bring expertise in analytics, data visualization, KPI creation, and dashboarding to the Vocera salesforce and executive leaders.

    What you will do:
    Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
    Assist with the development and maintenance with quotas and related quota relief.
    Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders to understand user requirements and refine dashboards accordingly.
    Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Tableau CRM platform
    Develop smart data flows, data sets, lenses and dashboards that enable the business to drive quick decision making
    Provide meaningful insights and interpretation of data, with actionable recommendations
    Develop and create key reporting approaches

    Required Qualifications
    Strong proficiency of CRM Analytics vis Tableau. Other expertise in Business Intelligence applications, such as Microsoft PowerBI, also preferred.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
    Minimum 4 years related work experience.
    Demonstrated data analysis and organizational skills
    Exhibits positive people skills, and a team approach to problem resolution
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and key performance indicators.
    Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    $75,300- $156,900salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

    Travel Percentage: 10%
