    Returns Processor | Operations Associate | #20293

    Temporary (3-month project)

    On-site

    Candidate will be processing return merchandise authorizations (RMA), generating these through the Client's system, and maintaining documentation.

    • System experience with Deposco, Word and Excel.
    • Must haves: Good Communication
    • Willingness to learn handling of RMA experience Responsibilities:
    • As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following, including, but not limited to: Ensuring full process of RMA is completed from start to finish, including confirmation of returns received in ERP.

    Job Duties:

    • Review requests for returns. Enter Return Material Authorizations (RMA) into ERP Coordinate with internal departments including Installation and transportation to facilitate return process, ensuring all products are captured on RMA.
    • Monitor and track returns with the distribution center to resolve issues with customer returns in an efficient and timely manner Maintain accurate records of RMAs, including reasons for returns and documentation.
    • Assist more senior associates in a range of activities associated with Operations. This may include investigating canceled jobs for return authorization.
    • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
    • Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field 3-5 years of equivalent experience will be considered if no degree.
    • Experience handling inventory/operational tasks Experience in our industry is a plus
    • A willingness to learn is a must have
