Job summary
We are seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator – Floater (On-Site) to support multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the Baltimore area.This position requires daily on-site presence at assigned facilities.
- Complete and oversee MDS assessments in accordance with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid,and state regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions to maximize reimbursement and maintain compliance
