    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our student engagement and success platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful educational technology solutions and have a track record of successfully managing and launching software products in the education sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead Product Strategy: Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Suitable's product suite, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
    • Manage Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, specification, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to develop and implement product strategies.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
    • Performance Monitoring: Define and analyze key performance metrics to drive product success and continuous improvement.
    • Manage Product Feedback: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
    • Lead Product Team: Mentor and develop a team of product managers and associates.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the education technology industry.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies.

    • Deep understanding of the educational technology market and the needs of higher education institutions.
    • Experience with tools like Github or JIRA
