    Job Location: Either Norwalk, CT or New York, NY (Hybrid 2 days per week in one of these offices is required)

    Job Description

    As an Associate Analyst, Sports Analytics, you will hold an important role in the assessment of sponsorship programs and communicate with a client roster of Fortune 500 companies. We're looking for a passionate, driven person who has an interest in the sports, entertainment, and lifestyle marketing industries. The ability to understand data and communicate these findings to executives will be a critical skill. You will report to Senior Management across a variety of clients and projects. This is a hybrid role with two days a week in office with some travel required (including weekends/holidays) to provide logistical support to research teams (i.e. on-site support, managing on-site staff).
    • You will help manage all aspects of fan tracking research including data collection, quality control, and data analysis.
    • You will travel to events and supervise on-site research/data collection team
    • You will manage survey programming team and help get studies into field
    • You will assist media measurement and sponsorship valuation team in managing sponsorship analysis projects and supporting client relationships.
    • You will manage research and technology vendors to ensure appropriate project delivery. Includes time spent training AI tools to scan/monitor broadcasts and identify client logos
    • You will summarize data from syndicated research tools
    • You will produce insights, observations, and implications based on consumer/fan research, media research, and syndicated studies
    • You will support other areas of the business, including digital analytics, new business outreach, qualitative research.
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in research, surveys, data analytics, or related field, along with working knowledge of sports/entertainment marketing/sponsorship
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience in a client-focused role
    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $47,920 - $69,300. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
