Part Time Friday-Saturday-Sunday.

Medical Contact Center Agent, approximately 23 hrs/week. We are growing The opportunity for advancement and additional hours are available to those that are interested. We are hiring for the following schedule: Fri 12p-6:30p, Sat 9a-5p, Sun 9a-5p.

We are expanding our compassionate team at Chagrin Answering, LLC We are team oriented with an emphasis on successfully delivering high-quality customer service to our clients and the people they serve via a remote work environment.

We are looking for Medical Contact Center Agents that share our core values: Polite, caring, sympathetic, accurate and compassionate all while handling calls from people that need help. Calls range from nursing homes, ob/gyn, hospice, appointment cancellation, or a prescription refill. Must be able to handle emotional and fast-paced calls with grace and compassion. We all know someone who is not well and needs help. This is your chance to make a difference in someone's life

As part of our team, you will learn how to maintain the privacy of patient information, navigate our medical client account information, assist callers to the best of your ability, and take and dispatch messages knowledgeably. Remote paid training and all equipment provided.

Requirements:

· Must be willing to contribute as a team player.

· Must have a high school diploma or higher.

· Must be able to pass a background check.

· Call center experience preferred.

· Background in medical knowledge preferred.
