The Rheumatology Triage Nurse works within the RN or LPN scope of practice as defined by the NM Board of Nursing to facilitate care for NMCC patients at the time of visit and consults with physicians when appropriate.Responsibilities
- Triage and provide supportive care for patients and schedule appropriately based on need.
- Utilize Triage Pathways for patients with acute symptoms.
