Job summary
We are seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master / Team Coach (SM/TC) to support Agile SAP delivery on a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) program. In this role you will facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies coordinate dependencies track performance and risks partner closely with the Product Owner and delivery leadership to ensure predictable high-quality sprint execution.Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives for one or more Agile software development teams.
- Support weekly leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings and retrospectives.
