    Job Description:
    L3Harris is looking for a skilled Lead Project Engineer to provide full lifecycle Project Engineering support for various software-focused programs. As the PE, you will oversee space development execution to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly. Your role involves leading a project team to fulfill customer requirements within set cost and schedule commitments in an expanding business segment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, oversee, and coordinate cost/schedule/technical aspects of engineering projects
    • Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and provide status reports
    • Resolve engineering issues to meet productivity and quality goals
    • Identify, track, and manage program-level risks
    • Estimate resource and material needs
    • Coordinate between resource managers/supervisors for necessary approvals
    • Coordinate between technical and supply chain teams for material and subcontract needs
    • Participate and lead small to medium-sized teams

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
    • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience
    • Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
    • Experience in project engineering and program execution in multi-discipline programs
    • Experience in hardware/software integration programs
    • Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $10M
    • Experience in Technical Supplier and Risk Management
    • Experience in Agile SW development programs
    • Active TS/SCI security clearance required

    Preferred Additional Skills:
    • Active TS/SCI with CI poly security clearance
    • STEM or engineering degrees preferred
    • Experience in ground segment software maintenance
    • Experience leading Government Contract development programs
    • Experience in Government contract acquisition lifecycle
    • Experience in design to cost management
    • Experience in program, pursuit, and proposal activities
