- Conduct blood collections through venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for various tests
- Accurately enter patient information
- Handle billing and payments
- Prepare specimens for testing
- Maintain patient and specimen logs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Travel to other locations when required
- Valid Washington Phlebotomy License or license application filed at time of hire
- Prior phlebotomy experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work independently or collaboratively
- Comfortable with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if needed
- Flexibility for overtime work
- Ability to pass color blindness test

We are currently in search of a Phlebotomist to operate at a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this position, you will deliver excellent customer service, conduct proficient specimen collections, and represent the organization. Additionally, you will have opportunities for continuous advancement within the company.
* Performance-based Bonus Program Available *
Compensation Range: $17.50/HR - $28.93/HR
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM; occasional extra hours and rotating Saturday shifts as necessary
