- Strong knowledge and experience in Genesys Cloud CX platform with development and customization
- Developing inbound call flows using data inputs ,data actions and Genesys Cloud API
- Developing in queue flow ,outbound flow, email, and chat
- Script development for screen pop and updating the script in call flows before transferring
- 7+ years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required. Jira users. Agile experienced.
- Providing Business As Usual IVR call flow change support.
- New call flow build support.
- Mentoring/Coaching others team members.
- Elevated troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency in Genesys platforms, modules, and tools (e.g., Genesys Composer, Genesys Workspace, Genesys Administrator)
- Experience with Genesys Routing, Interaction Workflow, and Reporting
- Understanding of contact center technologies, such as IVR, CTI, and ACD
- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL)
- Experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST, Web Services)
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Genesys Developer based in Buffalo, NY. The Genesys Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Genesys contact center solutions, customizing applications, integrating systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
