The Instructional Designer designs and develops high-quality online learning experiences that drive measurable performance outcomes in a rapidly evolving corporate environment. This role combines strong instructional design fundamentals with design thinking, critical thinking,and the thoughtful use of AI to accelerate innovation and scalability.
- Lead end-to-end development of online learning experiences (needs analysis through evaluation), ensuring alignment to business goals and learner performance outcomes.
- Apply design thinking practices (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to create learner-centered solutions that improve adoption,
proficiency,and behavior change.
