- Certification in Epic Professional Billing
- Minimum of two years' experience in support of practice management, billing, or coding systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Configure, support, and maintain the Professional Billing (PB) module within the Epic Resolute application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide expertise in billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, claims, and charge routing.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and optimize system functionality.
- Write documentation specifications and analyze results to propose solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to professional billing.
