Description
The Application Analyst is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM and business applications used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services teams.
Proven experience in Systems Development environment with project management responsibility for successful large and medium-scale projects; experience working in organizations to support services provided to internal/external clients; and experience with sales, marketing, and customer services related business processes and tools.
Working Schedule
The preferred candidate for this position should be located in the Greater Houston area and open to work a hybrid schedule with three (3) days in the ABS Headquarters Office located in Spring, Texas, and two (2) days of remote work.
What You Will Do:
Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services Business Applications to project management that backlog of enhancements, configuration changes, dependencies, system improvements, and expansion projects are identified and prioritized to meet business and functional goals.
Working closely with the development team to test and implement solutions for efficiency, stability, and increased process performance for Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, and other sale business applications.
Providing guides to business and technology teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, and other business applications used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services teams and future added modules.
Working with Microsoft Power BI to build data visualization, analyze customer data and offer recommendations, and Microsoft Power Automate to implement business workflow.
Document applications business processes, architecture, and design principles.
Manage cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects.
Acting as a liaison in resolving customer issues by partnering with other teams.
Prepares and delivers both high-level and detailed presentations to management and user groups.
Provides technical review advice to management and staff, and as necessary to end-user management and the general user community.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
Typically requires a minimum of five (5) years of working with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a recognized equivalent from an accredited university.
Experience will be considered in lieu of education, preferably in data processing or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience in Systems Development environment with project management responsibility for successful projects.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes, to ensure functionally correct implementation.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM design, structure, functionality, and processes.
Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), PRM (Partner Relationship Management), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), and Sale Compensation Management applications, and their functionality.
Managed complete life cycle projects involving multiple cross-functional business teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills consistent with a client group, including senior managers & executives.
Fast thinker, quick learner, and team player are 'must-have' attributes.
Strategic, while also able to perform tactical duties.
Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Able to quickly learn and apply new technology.
Experienced in the design and maintenance of business applications.
Ability to develop a working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, and related instructions, as well as the ABS Employee Safety Policy.
Would Be Nice If You Had:
PMP Certification is preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics CE experience preferred
