    Job SummaryJob Summary:


    Working as the NPO HR Manager, your primary focus will be to support the Human Resources function as it relates to the NPO Program so that it meets both the needs of the business and that of our Nonprofit groups.

    The NPO HR manager will take the lead role in all of the following functional areas:

    NPO relationships, specific training, legal requirements and compliance, development and revision of NPO-related policies and procedures, NPO recruitment and onboarding, and managing data associated with the NPO bonus administration.

    As a secondary focus, your role will support other HR-related directives as needed.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensures all Company NPO-related policies are applied consistently.
    Objectively coaches NPO group leads and through complex and difficult issues as they arise. Provides guidance to management on appropriate action. Oversees recruitment and onboarding of NPO groups.
    Maintains and coordinates NPO recognition program.
    Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws.
    Regularly runs and/or reviews HR activity reports.
    Supports internal customer survey and associate engagement survey interpretation/feedback process.
    Attends department manager meetings to increase NPO HR visibility, conducts classroom training, provides assistance and implements NPO initiatives.
    Prepares, coordinates and presents NPO HR-related topics and other NPO HR-related training.

    Acts as a diversity champion by leading assigned tasks and corporate diversity activities including NPO diversity recruiting, retention and promotion goals.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; or equivalent HR experience.
    Two plus years human resources generalist experience required; management experience a plus.
    HR experience at a large, multi-unit organization required.

    Previous experience as part of a centralized HR environment, preferably in a corporate termediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced skills preferred.

    Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
    Strong presentation skills required.
    Training certification a plus (i.e. Zenger-Miller, Stephen Covey, etc.).
