Company Description
Frederiksen & Frederiksen in Dallas TX is looking for a licensed and experienced personal lines insurance property & casualty account manager to help grow our agency. We have an open position with our service team to provide insurance coverage and risk management advice as needed to our existing family clients.

Role Description
No cold calling required, and no new business sales requirements--we are a referral-based agency. We will provide you with the technology, tools and training needed so you can assist our clients to the best of your abilities.

Our requirements for this position:

• Previous personal lines sales and service experience preferred
• Hold an active property & casualty insurance license
• Possess very proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Be a detailed, organized, thoughtful, friendly person

Responsibilities

• Work with our clients to help navigate them through the multiple insurance company options we can provide as a successful 4th generation independent agency. This includes discuss and recommend appropriate coverages and limits, and assist with billing questions.
• Work with our underwriters to advocate for our clients and help find the best terms our companies can provide.
