    Job Description


    The Business Operations Manager provides day-to-day management for Kronos Workforce Center, specifically the Time and Attendance and Advance Scheduler modules.

    The Business Operations Manager works with leadership and staff to configure the Kronos system to optimize workflows, to create and maintain schedules in compliance with HR and departmental policies and practices, and to generate standard and ad hoc reports.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field. Combination of related work experience and education is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

    At least five years progressive experience in health care or business operations in a decision support and informatics super user role required including one year experience in working with Smartsheets.

    Healthcare related experience preferred.
    At least 2 years lead or supervisory experience required.
    Experience in working in the Kronos system V6.X or V8.X preferred.
    Experience in working in a scheduling application preferred.
    Experience working with Kronos Timekeeper, Advance Scheduler, Analytics and report building preferred.
    Experienced building pivot tables, developing presentations and dashboard
