Home Care Now is a Drug-free Workplace Responsibilities * Participate in the planning and coordination of patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders * Complete Medicare SOC and Oasis E documentation * Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with plan of care * Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change * Prepare clinical/progress notes and all required documentation * Perform all duties and responsibilities always adhering to Florida chapter 46- Nurse Practice Act Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing * Current state license as an RN in good standing * Current CPR certification * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * At least ONE year experience as an RN at a Medicare Home Health Agency * Medicare Documentation and Oasis E experience required Home Care Now is an equal opportunity employer.
