    One of the oldest and most established consulting firms in Arkansas that specializes in the planning, design, construction administration, construction observation, startup, and operations

    assistance of municipal water supply, treatment, distribution and storage improvements, as well as wastewater permitting, collection, conveyance, treatment, and disposal improvements. When requested, also provides general civil engineering, surveying, public works, electrical, instrumentation and controls, telemetry, solid waste, and energy related services.

    The role will include:

    -Manage a variety of existing and potential projects, with the ability to

    oversee full end to end process of large complex projects including

    proposals, scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, etc.

    -Interface with clients, state and federal agencies and sub consultants to

    execute projects

    -Develop project deliverables independently and/ or coordination of

    engineering disciplines in a highly collaborative team environment

    -Solve complex problems, providing technical evaluation, and evaluate

    costs and benefits of alternative solutions for clients

    -Mentor and develop less experienced/junior engineering professionals,

    establishing growth opportunities and building project delivery teams

    -Support office and firm leadership in marketing and pursuit focuses

    primarily on municipal clients

    Minimum Required Education, Certification and Experience

    -Bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering or related

    engineering field

    -Minimum eight years of relevant experience in consulting engineering in

    the municipal water/wastewater industry with the ability to develop and

    nurture existing municipal/private client relationships

    -Licensed Professional Engineer
